Entiovi jumpstarts client operations by using its ready infrastructure in India to quickly set up the initial delivery foundation. The process begins with understanding the client’s immediate and long-term staffing needs, identifying the required skill sets, and deciding the initial team size along with future scaling goals. Based on these requirements, Entiovi hires and aligns the initial team members as per the client’s staff augmentation needs.

Once the team is identified, Entiovi begins the knowledge transfer process to ensure that the offshore resources understand the client’s business context, project expectations, technical environment, and delivery priorities. Secure remote access to development resources is then set up through protected infrastructure, enabling the team to begin work in a structured, controlled, and operationally efficient manner.

After the initial processes are established and the working model is stabilized, Entiovi ramps up the team to the desired strength based on the client’s evolving requirements. The operate phase also prepares the foundation for smooth employee transfer where applicable, ensuring continuity, knowledge retention, and operational stability throughout the engagement.

After the operation has been running for the minimum period mutually agreed by Entiovi and the Client, and the team member has completed the required service period, the Client will have the option to transfer the resource directly to their payroll. This provides the Client with a structured path to retain trained resources who are already familiar with the project, business context, technical environment, and working processes.

The transfer process is carried out in a planned and coordinated manner to ensure continuity of work and stability of operations. Entiovi supports the employee transfer process so that knowledge, responsibilities, and ongoing delivery commitments are transitioned smoothly without disruption to the Client’s team or project progress.
